Heya!

I’m Nicole Trick Steinbach,

the international bravery coach

I coach professional women like you to build the skill of bravery

so that you stress less, work less, and earn more

I know what it is like to be successful on the outside
and miserable on the inside. I get it because I lived it.

There I was, carrying around a snazzy title, traveling all over the world, earning more money than I ever imagined, working with some of the best people in the world on the biggest problems…and I was exhausted, lonely, unhappy, and convinced that’s just ‘how it was’ in tech.

Because I believed the lies. In fact, deep down, I believed I was the problem. I thought I wasn’t good enough and that I just needed to work harder and longer, ask fewer questions, say yes more, and push the people around me harder.

That is until it all started to crumble. Sure, my results were okay but the best colleagues didn’t want to work with me because I was rude, demanding, and unforgiving. I had no hobbies, my friends hadn’t seen me in months, my partner was considering leaving me, and I cried almost every day in the office bathrooms.

Thankfully, instead of firing me, my manager sent me to coaching.

In just a few weeks, my eyes were opening. I saw the lies: I was being asked to do too much with too few resources. I was making shitty assumptions and wasting time and effort when I could be asking questions and pushing back. I was working way too much and it was messing up everything. I needed to sleep, get a freaking hobby, work a lot less, and ease up on everyone, especially myself.

I needed to build my brave.

So I did.

And on my way, I crafted a career and life that was global, well-paid, connected, and brave. Including:

I worked in over 25 countries, driving forward the most significant, global transformational programs for a major software company as a Global Senior Director.

After 13 years in Germany, I relocated globally to the U.S. city of my choice (Denver, Colorado) to meet the needs and dreams of my family while elevating my career and income.

I learned how to love myself and others, including healing from childhood abuse, staying in recovery for disordered eating, and embraced my own humanity to become a mother of two amazing children.

I choose to exit my executive corporate career to launch my own business, created 6-figures+ in my first year, and now coach women all over the world as they build their own brave.

In short, I learned to build my brave so that I could

stress less, work less, and earn more.
