Listeners Question: Nicole answers a listener question: how to deal with unspecific feedback. The listener shared the following information:

“My manager told me to be strategic. I’ve asked a number of times what he means because I already think I am strategic in my role. He agrees every time I share an example of what I think is strategic that I’m already doing. But his feedback doesn’t change and he also doesn’t raise my salary or support my promotion. What do I do in this situation?”

Listen for my answer, advice, and how to in this episode!
