Parvathy couldn’t bend to the societal pressure of engineering and medicine due to a health situation. She earned a bachelor’s in physics, which set her on a path that was truly success for her, in her own way.
Relationships are the sauce of career success
Parvathy shares how relationships created and matured over 15 years led to growing, global opportunities. Listen as she shared each new, surprising step and how they built upon each other to create her executive role now.
Taking another path and becoming successful
Her mother was married very young and, although she was one of the really good students with a very bright future, she gave it up to be married and then mother.
