Learning and developing your skills

The first time we do something, anything, it really sucks. And we think that every time is going to really suck, but in reality, we get better every single time. 

Becoming more confident in your abilities 

And then once we’ve done something once, we have our first draft, our first experience. Most likely, we did an okay job. But then we continue. Because every single time we work on that new skill, we are more skilled, more calm, more confident, and just better. 

Moving forward with growth and knowledge 

Your initial experiences are just the beginning, if you let it. Because once you build a skill, you have the skill forever. Once you build the experience, you have that experience forever. 

Personal growth shows on the outside 

I caught a bunny because I learned something and then I went and I tried in a different, bigger, smaller, faster, slower, deeper, less sophisticated, more sophisticated way. And then other people could see me catching the bunny. Other people could see my success. You can catch the bunny. And once you’ve caught the bunny, you have that experience that results in that skill for the rest of your life.
